It’s now been 4 weeks since my zoom call with dale , and still haven’t lost it ( maybe only once ) but after a quick rethink sorted it , can’t tell you what he done exactly but something clicked and now feel like I’ve really got my anger under control, if you’ve got issues I’d definitely give him a go , none of that going back into the past stuff just sorting the here and now , I feel really content at the moment so won’t be needing any further chats , but if future issues come up I’ll definitely give him a bell , seems a lot of money to begin with, but 1 session and boom sorted ( with a bit of concentration on my side ) give him a go 👍

What is Explosive Anger and what is to Intermittent Anger Disorder (IAD)?

Explosive Anger is an unwanted physical response (shouting, throwing things, being physically violent, etc) where the person in question has very little to no control over their reaction.

This comes in two main forms -
- The 'Instant Explosion' - Where someone just reacts in an extreme way without warning when triggered.
- The 'Slow Burner' - When things build up over a period of time then relation to an excess of expression.
